Read doc/ARCHITECTURE.md first, then inspect the 282 sys.path.append calls across 41 simulations and the additional calls in components. Review how tests, generate_pyrightconfig.py, CLAUDE.md, and HOWTOCONTRIBUTE.md depend on imports. The work is done when the project installs with pip install -e ., uses normal package imports across the named areas, and the migration plan accounts for open pull requests.

説明
Problem
Scripts and components load modules with sys.path.append(...) (282 calls in 41 simulations, 47 more in components). The flat module namespace can silently collide, and import side effects are hard to follow.
Expected change
Make the code an installable package (pip install -e .) with normal imports, update the simulations, tests, generate_pyrightconfig.py, CLAUDE.md and HOWTOCONTRIBUTE.md. Plan the migration so open pull requests can be rebased easily.
