Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, users cannot enable Langfuse tracing in the evals module without involving an admin or developer. This process is inconvenient and hinders user experience.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a toggle button in the evals module header to allow users to enable or disable tracing as needed.
Original issue
Describe the current behavior
right now, there is no way to enable the langfuse tracing in evlas module, user need to check with admin/developer and then admin/developer can enable the tracing corresponding to the project.
Describe the enhancement you'd like
To handle this case, we need to give the one toggle option in evals module heaer where user can enable and disable the tracing via toggle button as per their need.
