Image Pretty sure this isn't the first report and probably won't be the last as despite how ubiquitous PowerShell is, the gallery doesn't appear to have received any love for a long time and no doubt everyone moaning about lack of access to a much-needed resource, nothing will happen to resolve this any time soon.
