Steps to reproduce

Pretty sure this isn't the first report and probably won't be the last as despite how ubiquitous PowerShell is, the gallery doesn't appear to have received any love for a long time and no doubt everyone moaning about lack of access to a much-needed resource, nothing will happen to resolve this any time soon.
