Describe the bug
When Isaac Teleop running in display-less mode, e.g. https://github.com/NVIDIA/IsaacTeleop/blob/main/examples/mcap_record_replay/python/live_hand.py, the CloudXR perf dashboard shows no stats at all.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. cd examples/mcap_record_replay/python
2. python live_hand.py
3. connect XR hmd
4. observe no latency and perf stats
