Add a new notification type with an email template that includes the feed link for approvals and the rejection reason. Describe the problem
When a feed request is approved or rejected (#), the submitter is not told. Contributors have no visibility into their submission.
Proposed solution
Email the submitter when their feed request is approved or rejected. Include the feed link for approved requests and the reason for rejected ones. Use the existing notification system (shared/notifications, Brevo sender) with a new notification type and email template.
Acceptance criteria
- The submitter receives an email when their request is approved or rejected.
