I am running through the https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-copilotstudio/blob/main/Instructions/Labs/04-evaluate-publish-support-agent.md lab, and at point https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-copilotstudio/blob/main/Instructions/Labs/04-evaluate-publish-support-agent.md#task-22---create-conversation-1-in-scope-answer and at point https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-copilotstudio/blob/main/Instructions/Labs/04-evaluate-publish-support-agent.md#task-22---create-conversation-1-in-scope-answer the 'expected answers' of the agent are atypical.

I would expect for point 2.2 an answer like

"The IT Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM in the user's local time zone."

instead of

"Agent states that the IT Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM in the user's local time zone."

This is not what evaluation answers should look like.
