When installing graphify in the agent it uses the default location of claude code instead of using the CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR which causes problems when mulitple accounts etc are used.

Setup claude code using export CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR=~/.claude-work for example
When running setup in claude code creates skills etc in ~/.claude directory.
