@acreegan notes: "...the audit log API endpoint is available to Study Admins, and is not gated by study or organisation any Study Admin can read the whole log, potentially resulting in privilege escalation by reading the password of an Operator Admin or Organisation Admin."
The current data model for Audit Logs doesn't have a field for study, and relies heavily on json fields (which have been used in a very inconsistent way).
Need to improve audit log data model with a key user requirement that study admins cannot see logs that relate to events from studies that they do not have access to.
