bug user-client

The Alternative Contact section on the participant registration form in application/user-client/src/pages/Register.tsx accepts the same email as the user's own email. Both save through registration and appear on the personal details page.

For context: this field is labelled "Alternative Contact" in the UI, stored as AlternativeContact in the DB and referenced as nextOfKin in code. It's used as an emergency/backup contact for the participant. Just a data-hygiene: having your own email as your emergency/alternate contact means the study team has no meaningful way to reach the participant through the backup channel if their primary email is unreachable.

Suggested fix: server/client-side validation on submit that the two email fields must differ.
