Start in sdk/README.md to see where the agentSafeGuard usage section goes, and find the guard's origin option in the SDK source. Before coding, comment on the issue, because the issue leaves open whether a guard.mcp(...) helper is needed and a new dependency must be discussed first. Done means a test with an in-memory x402-paid MCP server passes: a call at the pinned price to the pinned payee is paid, and a swapped payee is refused with payee_mismatch and zero signatures. The README section must also be added.

説明
Some agents pay per MCP tool call: the x402 client in @x402/mcp handles a payment-required tool result instead of an HTTP 402. The policy is the same, but the "origin" is the MCP server the owner configured.
What: show that agentSafeGuard works with the @x402/mcp client, using the guard's fixed origin option set to the MCP server URL. Or propose a small guard.mcp(...) helper if the hooks need more context.
Acceptance:
- A test with a minimal x402-paid MCP server (in-memory transport is fine): a tool call at the pinned price to the pinned payee is paid; a swapped payee is refused (
payee_mismatch) with zero signatures. - A short section in
sdk/README.md.
