Across x402 buyer clients we keep seeing the same few mistakes: pricing a payment with server-declared decimals, accepting any eip155:* network or any asset, no payee pinning, and in-memory-only budgets. A short, neutral guide would help anyone writing or reviewing an x402 client, and shows where Agent Safe fits.

What: docs/x402-buyer-pitfalls.md — each pitfall in two or three sentences, a one-line "how to check it" (point at dryRun where relevant), and no naming of specific projects. Link it from docs/DEVELOPERS.md.

Done when: the page exists, is linked, and each "how to check" either runs or points at a runnable example. Keep it vendor-neutral and factual.
