After deleting a topic in Kafka and recreating one, Phoebus keeps displaying the alarm tree whereas there is no data in Kafka sent by the alarm server.

If we stop kafka and the alarm server and restart phoebus, then te alarm tree is empty but as soon as we turn on again kafka and the alarme server then the ghosts appear again.
In Kafka I can see states inside but no config
but there is no beat message.
The probleme is probably from a kind of "cache" in Kafka ...
