What happens
Dragging a folder into chat reaches the visual Add state, but dropping it does not add the folder to the conversation. The interface therefore confirms a valid drop target without carrying out the action.
Expected
Dropping a folder should add it using the same setup and attachment path as adding that folder through the slash-folder flow, which works.
Reproduction
- Open a chat.
- Drag a folder over the folder drop target.
- Observe that the UI shows Add.
- Drop the folder.
- Observe that the folder is not added.
- Add the same folder through the slash-folder flow; it is added successfully.
Acceptance
- A folder dropped while the UI shows Add is attached to the conversation.
- The resulting folder setup is the same as the working slash-folder path.
- Dragging an unsupported item does not show the Add state.
- The drag-and-drop and slash-folder paths have regression coverage proving they produce the same attached-folder state.
