Let candidates filter problems to their saved list

Descrizione
Problem
"Pick from my list" randomly selects a saved problem but does not open the list. Candidates who want to select or remove a specific saved problem must find it among the full problem bank.
Proposed behavior
Add an independent "Only my list" checkbox under "Filter problems". It combines with the existing difficulty, title search, and topic filters. Candidates use the existing cards to select problems or remove them from the list.
"Pick from my list" keeps its current behavior: drawing from the entire saved list regardless of display filters.
Acceptance criteria
- Checking or unchecking "Only my list" updates the cards without changing other filters or saved membership.
- Removing a saved problem or changing the list in another lobby tab updates the filtered view.
- Empty-list and no-match states have distinct messages.
- "Reset filter" also unchecks "Only my list", while preserving difficulty selections and saved membership.
- Keyboard focus remains usable when a focused card is removed.
- Regression tests cover these behaviors.
Scope
Lobby filtering only, under the contribution guide's "Visual and interaction" direction. No changes to storage format, account synchronization, or random selection.
