Start by tracing how the web UI creates and resizes the PTY, then check how terminal dimensions are passed to the running process. Reproduce by resizing the browser while a TUI reports its terminal size on resize; done when the PTY receives the new width and height instead of retaining its initial dimensions.

Description
Resizing browser window, does not inform the underlying terminal window of the new size. even resizing the window and reloading it will only change the optical size, but the underlying terminal does not get updated.
Why needed
I am testing TUI tools.
Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Resize the browser window and have some code running that outputs its TTY width and height on resize event.
Expected Behavior
I expect the TTY to get the resize event and the correct sizes.
Actual Behavior
Currently it stays with 120 by something.
