The original plan for replacing SQLite by embedded Postgres on #5161 was to still skip docker-compose.yaml on modules, since they only use the test run mode. However, for this, we need to allow initializing the database without password when dataPath is present - which is already supported on the EmbeddedPostgres layer.

On the config, this is a simple change like below. However, even with these change, the server is still throwing on start:
