pytest-timeout doesn't work with pytest-rerunfailures.

Inizia eseguendo l’esempio minimo con pytest 3.0.7, pytest-rerunfailures 2.1.0 e pytest-timeout 1.0.0 per osservare come si comporta il timeout tra i tentativi. Traccia l’interazione tra i due plugin e conferma che un test che rimane in attesa per 10 secondi con un timeout di 2 secondi viene interrotto anche quando è contrassegnato per essere rieseguito.
