Trace the Python Fluent implementation and its tests, then verify that NUMBER(..., currencyDisplay="name") is accepted and produces named currency output, with the documentation no longer claiming it is unsupported.

I was reading through the docs and noticed:
We do not yet support NUMBER(..., currencyDisplay="name") - see this python-babel pull request which needs to be merged and released.
The linked pull request was merged and there have been releases since then, so it should be possible to add this support now.
