Reproduce by running --revert after a failed leapp preupgrade, then read the stage-ordering code that runs reverts in reverse. Find where /usr/sbin/cln-switch-channel is called in the "Repositories handling" stage and where "Remove conflicting packages" reinstalls the CLN client packages. Done when the revert succeeds, with packages restored before the channel switch or the switch skipped and rerun afterwards.

Describe the bug
During the convert phase, the action "removing unused CLN client packages" removes rhn-client-tools, rhn-check and rhn-setup (/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date is saved as up2date.rpmsave).

After a failure in leapp preupgrade, ./cloudlinux7to8 --revert failed in the "Repositories handling" stage:

ERROR - Failed: switching CLN channel. The reason: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/sbin/cln-switch-channel': '/usr/sbin/cln-switch-channel'

The CLN client packages are reinstalled by the revert of an earlier stage ("Remove conflicting packages"), which runs after "Repositories handling" in the reversed order, so the command is not available yet when the channel switch is attempted. A previous revert on the same server (failure before the "Repositories handling" stage) worked fine.

Expected behavior
Reinstall the CLN client packages (and restore up2date) before switching the CLN channel back during revert, or skip the channel switch gracefully and run it after the packages are back.

Workaround
yum install rhn-client-tools rhn-check rhn-setup, restore /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date from up2date.rpmsave if it differs, then run --revert again.
