Start with the rerun path: the pre-check that calls plesk bin extension --list through list_installed_extensions(), which runs before the "Remove conflicting packages" stage. Reproducing it needs a Plesk server or a stubbed plesk binary that returns exit 127. Done means a rerun after that stage either restores the removed packages or stops early with a message pointing to --revert or --resume. The issue leaves the choice between those two open, so confirm the direction with a maintainer first.

Describe the bug
After a failure in the convert phase (see #139), the tool prints:

If you've resolved the issue manually, you can continue the process by running 'cloudlinux7to8' again.

Running ./cloudlinux7to8 again failed immediately, before reaching any conversion stage:

WARNING - Failed to get ssl configuration by plesk sslmng:
/usr/sbin/postconf: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
ERROR - cloudlinux7to8 process has failed. Error: Command '['/usr/sbin/plesk', 'bin', 'extension', '--list']' returned non-zero exit status 127.

The "Remove conflicting packages" stage of the first run had already removed openssl11-libs and GeoIP. On this server Plesk utilities depend on them (postconf needs libssl.so.1.1, named needs libGeoIP.so.1). The rerun calls plesk bin extension --list (list_installed_extensions()) before getting to that stage again, so it fails.

After manually reinstalling openssl11-libs, plesk bin extension --list still exited with 255 because named was missing libGeoIP.so.1 and the Plesk task manager socket was unavailable (Plesk services already stopped by the first run).

Expected behavior
Either restore the removed conflicting packages before running checks that use Plesk utilities, or tell the user to run --revert (or --resume) instead of a plain rerun.

Workaround
./cloudlinux7to8 --revert, then start the conversion again from scratch.
