This is a feature request for the Vertical stack camera preset, so there is no named file or test yet. Start by finding where the Vertical stack layout is defined in the editor and how the camera and screen panels are sized there. The request needs a design decision on the divider or slider, independent zoom and crop for the screen panel, and export parity, so agree the approach with maintainers before coding.

When using Camera layout > Preset > Vertical stack, I want control over how much space the camera feed occupies and how the screen recording is framed. I would like to make the camera panel larger or smaller and zoom/crop the screen recording to keep the relevant content readable within the stacked layout.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add layout controls for the Vertical stack preset:
- Resize the camera feed by adjusting its share of the stacked layout, for example with a draggable divider or size slider.
- Independently zoom and crop the screen recording within its panel, with positioning controls to choose the visible area.
- Show these adjustments in the editor preview and preserve them in the exported video.
For example, I should be able to shrink the camera panel to give the screen recording more space, then zoom/crop the screen panel to focus on the application content I am demonstrating.
