REPORTERS: List of possible backends

La issue è una checklist categorizzata dei possibili backend di notifica R, ma non indica alcun file del repository, test o backend specifico da implementare. Determina innanzitutto l’ambito previsto e dove questa lista appartiene nel progetto. Il lavoro sarà completato quando saranno disponibili un insieme concordato di voci dei backend, link e descrizioni verificati e lo stato aggiornato della checklist.
