Start with the existing browser hotkey in radial.json and the profile handling it sits beside, since the new cycling hotkey should follow the same pattern. The window-title watcher is a separate piece of work that does not exist yet. Before coding, the rule format for matching project names needs maintainer agreement, because the issue asks for input on that. Done means the hotkey steps through profiles with a toast, and a title match switches profiles without interrupting an open ring.

Two extras from #19 that were left out of the first cut of profiles:
- A global hotkey that steps to the next profile, with a toast naming the one it picked. It would live in
radial.jsonnext to the browser hotkey, and like it be a hotkey per profile (each profile would need the same one to make a round trip). - Switch by itself when ZBrush opens a project or tool whose name matches a rule. The window title carries the file name, so the app can watch it. A rule per profile, a toast naming the profile it chose, and nothing happens while a ring is open.
