Direzione di ricerca

The issue asks whether the project's custom AWS storage code should move to the AWS SDK for Go v2, but it names no files or functions. Start by finding the custom S3 client code in the Go source and checking what retry and binary-size behaviour it has now. Done means a maintainer has answered the question about the trade-off, or a decision has been recorded in the thread. Implementing the switch is design work and should wait for that answer.

Descrizione

Any particular reason to not use AWS SDK v2 here and instead use custom implementation? It save some size in the final binary, but not sure if this is actually important here.
Benefit of having AWS SDK v2 is its build in retries.
