Descrizione

We need to decide things like what to do about reporting summary stats when we have 'no data' values on the xaxis before we can finish implementation for this. I'd propose:

  1. dont return summary stats for the allVariables option
  2. number of bins requested should not include the 'no data bin'. if the request is for 5 bins they get 5 plus 'no data'.
  3. the no data bin isnt influenced in any way by semantic zoom (not sure how it could be)
  4. finding optimal binWidth and binSlider specs is not influenced by the no data bin (again unsure how it could be)
  5. the no data bin DOES play into proportion calculations? otherwise im not sure what to do w the no data bin in proportion mode.
