Start by inspecting the extension code that renders prices and the PID sticker on Steam wishlist and store pages. Check how the displayed and original prices are made available, then verify that an option can show the sale percentage instead of the green sticker on both pages.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The new Price Indication Directive doesn't show what percentage sale an item has if the price has been on sale in the past 30 days, which is quite often and fills the wishlist and steam page to simply display the price and the original price instead of actually saying "30%" off.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to override the green % PID sticker with the old percentage number. Since the actual numbers are available on the page, this should be easy enough to calculate manually or take from the steamdb database.
