Direzione di ricerca

Start by tracing the task completion callback and the path_has_parent check named in the error log, then compare how it handles a null rootPath with a workspace folder present. Reproduce with a saved .R file in a window without a folder and check diagnostics, textDocument/documentColor, and textDocument/codeLens; done when all respond without the callback error.

Descrizione

Claude reports: on Windows with R 4.6.1 and languageserver 0.3.20, using the Sublime Text LSP client, I opened a saved .R file in a window with no folder (rootUri and rootPath are null). Hover and completion work. No diagnostics ever arrive, and textDocument/documentColor and textDocument/codeLens get no reply.

With r.lsp.debug: true the log shows:

task completion callback error: <simpleError in if (path_has_parent(self$rootPath, temp_root) || !path_has_parent(path_from_uri(uri), temp_root)) {...}: missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed>

Opening the same file in a window with a folder, or adding a folder and restarting the server, makes it work.

Possibly related: #460, #279.
