Root cause

The accessibility-review workflow's app-startup step was still a placeholder, so the agent could not reliably reach the application at localhost:3000.

Changes

  • Restore the solution with the public NuGet feed configuration.
  • Install and build the frontend with the checked-in npm lockfile.
  • Build the Release .NET solution without rebuilding the frontend.
  • Start the application in the background on 127.0.0.1:3000.
  • Remove the obsolete workflow self-repair instructions and recompile the generated lock workflow.

  • gh aw compile .github/workflows/accessibility-review.md — passed with 0 warnings.
  • gh aw validate .github/workflows/accessibility-review.md — passed.
  • actionlint was attempted on the generated workflow but exited 125 due to a tooling error reported by the compiler CLI, not a workflow validation failure.
