Feature request: collapse tool output in the god chat (Munder Difflin v0.5.2)

Summary: In the orchestrator (god) session, the human's messages and the agent's replies get buried among tool calls and tool output: Bash commands, file reads, and task notifications. The owner cannot find his own messages or the answers to them.

Expected: the chat behaves the way Claude Code and Codex do. Tool calls and their output are grouped into a collapsed block per turn, which can be expanded on demand. Human messages and final assistant replies stay visible at full size.

Also observed (22-sep-2026):

  • Automatic notices ("You have new hive inbox message(s)…", task-notifications) are delivered in the same turn as the human's message, so the human text looks glued to system text.
  • The human reports sending messages that do not appear in the chat. The app restarted at 15:19 and 15:47 UTC (see app-start in log.jsonl), so messages typed around those times may have been lost.

Suggestions:

  1. Collapse tool use per turn by default.
  2. Show human messages and system notices in separate, visually distinct bubbles.
  3. Add a filter for "only human + final replies".
  4. Queue messages typed during a restart and deliver them after it.
