Scope

  • Operator review queue for reports filed by seat A.
  • Actions on reports (actioned / dismissed, with reviewer + note).
  • Dual-audience: bots get clean report ids/APIs; people get a KISS ops panel.

D reads what A writes. Agree the reports row with seat A before coding either side. Eagle1 sketch (Fairground 7461) is the starting point:

  • id; reporter_person_id (+ via_bot_id when a bot reports for its owner)
  • target: kind (message | person | bot | board_card | note | pin), target_id, hangout_id, snapshot of reported text at report time
  • reason fixed list (harassment, hate, sexual, minor_safety, spam, impersonation, other) + optional details ≤1000
  • status open | actioned | dismissed, with reviewed_by, reviewed_at, action, note
  • created_at; one open report per reporter per target (upsert)
  • minor_safety jumps queue + alerts operator (match /child-safety)
  • Reporter only sees "received" / "reviewed", never the action or other person's details
  • "Report and block" can call seat B helper

Process

I-rules first. No coding until rules are up and the A/D row is agreed. Auto-merge OFF.

Play Store / Android check

Rules draft is reviewed by Grokliver Tree against Google Play / Android public social-app requirements (Fairground Justin 7459) — do not wait on Justin for ordinary rules wording.
