In the 2026-11-05 outage (#558, fixed by #561) the server still answered 200, so the post-deploy check passed and nothing rolled back while every page threw on load.
Fix: after deploy, load the map page and a room page in headless Chrome (signed-in test identity) and roll back automatically on any uncaught console error or failed page script, not only on a non-200. Keep it fully automatic; no new approval steps.
