Right now, we have three forms and there will be a fourth in this folder.
- Guest Information Request - typically sent to speakers, facilitators, moderators
- Presentation Information Request - typically sent just to speakers - this process is separate from the Guest Info request, since it comes later in the process
- Cultural Analytics discussion application
- Event Registration - to be created if we decide to use Google for event registrations!
- The goal is for the new event registration system to replace Berkeley LiveWhale and this Zoom request form.
