The change is to the Blog Template checklist, which the payload does not give a file path for, so search the repository for it and find the line about 2000 px images and the Google image template entry. The Adobe Express template link and the usage description are not in the issue, so confirm them with the maintainers before editing. Done means the quality-image note sits under the 2000 px line and the Google entry is replaced with the Adobe Express link and instructions.

- Must put "Must use top quality image" under line that say 2000 pxi
- Remove the google image template and replace with the adobe express blog image template image link and include the description on how to use the adobe express template
