We are moving the best photos from each event to a new Gallery on Photoshelter and then deleting them from Drive. (see #82 for some background, @mnmnm22 is adding info about each folder here which will be included when she adds the photos to Photoshelter)

To prepare for that move, we need to weed out the bad and duplicate photos from our current collection inside the main Photos folder.

Starting from 2025-05-19 IDSI and then moving forward, remove/delete duplicates or really bad photos from each folder.

  • Depending on the size of the event, we will keep between 6 and 24 assorted photos per event. This is not a strict rule -- just a guideline.
  • If most of the photos from that event aren't great, we still need to keep an assortment.

@jkarah-2 already took care of some older photos in 2025 and maybe parts of 2024. If you see a google doc in a folder called "see Photoshelter", that means it's completed and you can ignore it.
