Research direction

Read documentation/develop/quick-start.md at the credential-offer and presentation invitation steps, then compare them with the pinned SDK demo’s demos/next/src/pages/connections.tsx and demos/next/src/components/OOB.tsx. Update both TypeScript flows to match the Connections route, invitation controls, sender, and separate acceptance steps shown by those sources. Done when both tabs accurately describe the v6.6.0 demo and meet the acceptance criteria.

User impact

TypeScript users cannot locate the instructed invitation input/button, blocking the documented connectionless credential and presentation journeys.

Affected documentation and ownership

  • Page: Quick Start Guide, GET 200 at 2026-10-28 20:48:50 UTC; affected source text is also deployed.
  • Editable owner: hyperledger-identus/docs, local hand-authored documentation/develop/quick-start.md at fa985dfa33caefa45bf1e9009e1f6f5a445344fb; not imported SDK content or generated API output.
  • Intended versions: page environment pins select Agent 2.0.0 (5865d9470dc5ce6631aec780e7cf63d4f454555a); SDK checkout selects v6.6.0 (1a9da8135ec5745bca182904f0a1703d7be6d1a2). Matching pins, not latest releases, govern this comparison.
  • Affected text: Credential-offer invitation steps and presentation invitation steps. Limited to TypeScript; matching mobile versions were not established.

Observed versus expected

The tabs direct users to “Credential Offer” / “Request Presentation” sections and an Accept Invitation button. In v6.6.0, the invitation input is on Connections, headed Accept OOB (Connections / Presentations), with a Create connection button. Expected: give an actual pinned-demo entry path/control for both flows; identify the proof invitation as coming from the verifier, not the issuer.

Evidence and reproduction

Compare:

No browser session was run; navigation, labels and handler behavior are established statically.

Verification used Python 3.13.15 text/HTML inspection of immutable public sources and deployed text. No repository code, compiler/build, service request or browser test was run; deployment commit identity is not exposed.

Existing work checked

Fully paginated open/closed issue-and-PR inventories in docs, cloud-agent and sdk-ts, plus title/body/comment searches by page/component/root cause and relevant discussion/patch reads. Searched page/path, connectionless, demo/accept and Accept Invitation. Reviewed docs PR #145, #159, #196, #223 and discussion/patches; none corrects these connectionless UI steps. sdk-ts PR #470 changes separately owned SDK examples, not this local portal Markdown. No matching open repair was found.

Acceptance criteria

  • Both TypeScript connectionless tabs describe controls/navigation present in v6.6.0.
  • Identify the correct invitation sender and distinguish invitation import from subsequent offer/proof acceptance.
  • Verify route, input and action against matching demo source or a safe local demo run.
