Research direction

Read ROADMAP.md's gear stats decisions and inspect items.json, crafts.json, and the existing scripts/ regeneration workflow. Check the recorded XIVAPI responses and how tests load them; Dense Aluminum Ore and Gold Ingot are the stated examples. Done means the tests verify the listed minimum stats, item settings use the same Perception source, and the 77 unmatched recipe rows are identified.

Description

enhancement

items.json gains each item's minimum Perception and crafts.json each recipe's minimum Craftsmanship and Control, from XIVAPI's GatheringItem and Recipe sheets; a script in scripts/ regenerates them after a patch. Items added in Settings get their Perception the same way. 77 bundled recipes don't match XIVAPI by result item and need their recipe rows found.

Done when

  • Tests read Dense Aluminum Ore's 5,090 Perception and Gold Ingot's 391 Craftsmanship and 374 Control from recorded XIVAPI responses.

Builds on the 2026-10-06 gear stats decisions (ROADMAP.md).
