Research direction

Start with the account:list command and the account:records command, which already shows the migrate-first message for its own table, and compare how each reads its table. Reproduce by running account:list against an unmigrated database to see the raw engine error. Done when account:list checks table existence and prints the same "run migrate first" guidance as account:records, and the -as commands are unaffected.

Description

enhancement help wanted

What

Make account:list check that the account tables exist before it reads them, and answer "run migrate first" as account:records does for its own table.

Why

On a database that was never migrated, account:list stops with the engine's raw "no such table" or "relation does not exist" error, while account:records and every -as command say what to do.
