Research direction

Read content/admin/data-residency/github-copilot-with-data-residency.md, the article named in the issue, and verify its model availability information against the reported VS Code behavior and EU data-residency restriction. Done when the page accurately states whether OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna is available under EU data residency.

What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://github.com/github/docs/blob/main/content/admin/data-residency/github-copilot-with-data-residency.md

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

The page seems to be outdated at least for availability under European Union data residency for OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna. Our enterprise has a policy enabled restricting access to models only to European Union data residency. The GPT-6 Luna surfaces in the IDE (VSCode) and can be used; even though it isn't listed as available under EU data residency on that page.
