Excessive filtering when clicking on a series

Start by locating where series links are generated and how their patch-state filtering is applied. Update the series link so it includes the requested state wildcard, then verify that clicking it lists patches regardless of state.

Description
When clicking on a series link, I want to see the list of patches of the series, no matter its state.
That's why I think we should add "&state=*" to such link.
