Excessive filtering when clicking on a series

首先定位 series 链接的生成位置，以及补丁状态筛选的应用方式。更新 series 链接，使其包含所请求状态的通配符，然后验证点击该链接后，无论补丁处于何种状态都会列出这些补丁。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
描述
When clicking on a series link, I want to see the list of patches of the series, no matter its state.
That's why I think we should add "&state=*" to such link.
