We recently got blacklisted in various spam filter systems because we run patchwork on our servers. It seems like a malicious bot system used the registration form to send out confirmation mails to persons at comcast. And the comcast systems triggered various abuse reports (blaming our servers of being a spammer) and then caused partner spam systems to blacklist of our servers completely.

This blacklisting is problematic for us because the MX is also handling mailing lists.

We hope that this will no longer happen when some kind of captcha system is in place on the register, the mail systems and (maybe) "forgot password" page.
