No files are named; the work is in the Read the Docs project settings and the GitHub repository webhook settings, not the code. Start by comparing the RTD project's integration with the repo's webhooks, then follow the linked setup guide to re-link them. Done when a new commit to main triggers a build and the changelog page on python-dockerflow.readthedocs.io shows the latest releases. This needs maintainer access to both sides.

https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/python-dockerflow/builds/ are older than main esp. https://python-dockerflow.readthedocs.io/en/main/changelog.html are missing releases etc.
I see no build errors or missing configs, so my guess is the webhook auth expired:

(this needs someone with access to both the repo settings, and the RTD project, to link that up again…)
