Description
Goal
Make installer, skill loading, and the tag matrix reproducible, with a portable test entry and fake gh stubs where a real dependency is unavailable.
Observations
- The package exposes three skills but has no reproducible install or load verification.
- Installer and loader work uses planned temporary staging with no global mutations.
- Any new download needs separate future approval of version and checksums before use.
