Additional context

Currently, only the static version is available in the registry (@fontsource/ibm-plex-serif).
The variable version is now available upstream (IBM GitHub / Google Fonts) and supports the wght axis.
I would like to request the addition of the @fontsource-variable/ibm-plex-serif package.
