Research direction

Review the existing Travis API integration and GitHub hook authentication flow, then read the linked travisify issue 13 for the OTP context. Before implementation, determine which hook approach is supported and document the migration or reauthorization impact; done means the chosen approach and breaking-change behavior are agreed.

Description

That doesn't seem to be possible with the Travis API. So it would probably better to use GitHub hooks again. However that would be a breaking change, people would need to reauth their client.

Also it then might be easier to just patch travisify for GitHub OTP.
