Research direction

Inspect the Travis CI file in the f5-cccl repository and review the linked Travis job to identify the fixed k8s-bigip-ctlr and marathon-bigip-ctlr references. Update the outdated references so regression-image builds use valid versions, then verify the affected Travis builds complete successfully.

Description

help wanted papercut

The travis-ci file in the f5-cccl repo has fixed (and outdated) version references to the k8s-bigip-ctlr and marathon-bigip-ctlr which are causing some builds to fail (see for example, https://travis-ci.org/f5devcentral/f5-cccl/jobs/433234146).
