The issue names no files in this repo, so begin with the existing Kustomize install for the operator and its CRDs, and with the helm/ directory in TWC that the issue asks you to copy. Chart lint and template rendering belong in CI, and publishing belongs in the release pipeline. Done means helm install brings up the operator with its CRDs on a fresh cluster, and the chart is published with each release and documented in the README.

Goal
A user can install the operator and its CRDs with Helm, as an alternative to Kustomize.
Tasks
- Define the chart: Deployment, RBAC, CRDs and the API key Secret reference, with values for the image tag and Secret name (copy the structure from TWC's
helm/) - Validate the chart in CI: lint it, and check it renders
- Publish the chart as part of the release pipeline
Definition of done
helm installbrings up the operator with the CRDs on a fresh cluster.- The chart is published with each release and documented in the README.
