Split out of #5106 (Siblings of #4724, support matrix) on 2026-10-18 so two churn hosts can work the class at once: #5106 keeps the epscsmrd boxes (LE condition handling, multi-program CALL, procedure pointers) and SOAPFAULT, which melek's queue holds; this issue takes the members that need no epscsmrd work. Same class and rules as #5106: translate-only refusals / holes in the burned estates' evidence reports, and the scanner-input gaps the matrix (#4724, tests/tools/support_matrix.py) found.

Refusals with no owner (when one lands, point its docs/language_status/refusal_map.json entry here, or at the issue it is split into):

  • COMMAREA DTO property the CICS port cannot convert (OCCURS table as List<String>) — map id dto-property. Burned programs: CardDemo COPAUS0C, COPAUS1C (hole EXEC CICS <class>.<property>: a property the port cannot convert; their IMS holes stay with #4893).
  • file with no repository in the generated project (catalogue RT-FILE-UNBOUND-FILE, not the #5034 case) — unbound-file (#5775)
    Scanner-input gaps:
  • inventory does not record stand-in copybook use (CEEIGZCT, #4884), so the matrix can't show it (#5742)
  • inventory has no CALL-target category (an unmodelled API is only detected through its copybook, e.g. CMQ*)
  • rule catalogue (#4711) has no feature keys, so the feature→rule join is a title heuristic

Each box: model it or refuse it by name, with the refusal-map entry updated and tests/cobol_mainframe/test_support_matrix.py green; before/after holes for any burned program it touches. Burned estates only.
