Línea de trabajo
Start by exploring the application’s preset loading and startup configuration entry points, especially handling of --presetPath; the issue does not name specific files or tests. The requested work spans playlist editing, persistence, hot-loading, startup behavior, and special playlists. Done means implementing and testing the required playlist capabilities; optional features can be deferred.

Descripción
Currently, projectMSDL can only load either a single preset or preset directory on startup. There is no way of editing the preset list inside the application, or even load a different preset path without restarting projectMSDL.
To give users more flexible control over their preset playback, a fully-featured playlist editor must be implemented that provides at least the following functionality:
- Create empty preset playlists from scratch.
- Provide the ability to add individual presets, a single directory or a whole directory structure to a playlist.
- Remove already-added presets from the playlist.
- Sort/reorder the playlist, either automatically or manually.
- Save and load playlists as files, e.g. JSON or a custom M3U8 format.
- Support relative preset paths in playlists, so presets and playlists can be distributed in an archive.
- Enable hot-loading of playlists or preset dirs without restarting the application.
- Let the user select to load the last active playlist or a fixed path/playlist at app startup.
- Add support to load a playlist file via the
--presetPathcommand-line argument. - Special "Favorites" and "Blacklist" playlists, to which the currently displayed preset can be added via hotkeys.
Optional features, which might be added at a later time, include:
- Bind playlists to hotkeys (e.g. 1 to 0, eventually with a modifier like Ctrl/^ or Shift) to provide a quick-load capability.
- Let the user configure individual preset display durations for each playlist entry (overriding the default if set).
- Once libprojectM supports it: Let the user configure a fixed transition effect to each playlist item (including custom transition shaders).
- Display or hide specific user sprites alongside presets.
